All content, data, and insights provided by the Service are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and should consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data shown in the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinion Ventures, LLC is not liable for any financial losses, missed opportunities, incorrect data, or decisions made based on the Service. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
The Service may rely on third-party data sources and service providers. We do not control or guarantee the accuracy of third-party data or the availability of integrations, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
Certain features transmit your content to third-party providers: the investor update AI analysis feature sends update text and PDF content to Anthropic, PBC for processing. By using this feature, you consent to that transmission and acknowledge that the content may include sensitive business information.
API key verification is handled by Unkey. Subscription billing is handled by Stripe. By using paid features, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Logo images are fetched via logo.dev. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data returned by these providers.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time.
API Keys. If you create API keys, you are solely responsible for all access made using those keys — including access by AI tools or other third-party applications you connect. Treat API keys as passwords: do not share them publicly, do not commit them to version control, and revoke any key you believe may have been exposed. Pinion is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from a compromised key you issued.
Workspace Members. As a workspace owner, you are responsible for the members you invite. All workspace members have read access to the portfolio data in that workspace. Removing a member or revoking an API key is your responsibility.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
All content, design, and software are owned by Pinion Ventures, LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without permission.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pinion Ventures, LLC from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your investment decisions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
